Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide from our production partners in the EU and the US.
To ensure fast delivery and consistent quality, we work with trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and DPD.

All products are made to order - printed specifically for you once your order is placed.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Since we produce on demand rather than holding stock, this allows us to reduce overproduction and maintain quality.


Shipping Times

• EU, UK & US: 3–7 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

If you haven’t received a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us with your order details - we’ll help you out.


Delivery Notes

• We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes
• If your address cannot receive deliveries, please contact us - we’ll find a solution
• Local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply for orders outside the EU and are the responsibility of the customer


Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, please contact us with your tracking number so we can assist you.

If a package is returned due to:

• incorrect address
• failed delivery attempts
• uncollected shipment

a €7,90 handling and reshipping fee may apply.


Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date.

We’ll take care of sending a replacement - no stress.

However, if tracking shows the package as delivered, we cannot take responsibility for missing items.
